During the 23-24 School Year, the Mandan Public Schools IGNITE team, consisting of teachers and administrators across the district, worked to develop a belief statement about artificial intelligence at Mandan Public Schools. The goal of the belief statement was to encompass the belief and forward-thinking regarding the ever-changing world of artificial intelligence. Because it's constantly changing and new products are arriving daily, we aim to guide educators and caregivers the best we can.

At Mandan Public Schools, we believe in the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance education, increase student success through personalized learning, and prepare students for a future intertwined with AI. Our mission is to provide a purposeful, adaptable education that respects individual needs, fosters a love of learning, and prepares students for a technologically advanced, globally interconnected future while maintaining academic and ethical integrity.
